Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients
3 large potatoes (cut into wedges)
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan
Salt to taste
1 tsp. INDI coarse black pepper
2 tsp. INDI garlic powder
2 tsp. INDI smoked or ground paprika
Cilantro (optional)
Directions
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, smoked or ground paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, parmesan, salt and mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- On a non-stick baking pan or pan lined with a baking sheet, place wedges individually and bake at 400 ° F/ 200° C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with your favorite sauce
