Ginger and Nigella Spiced Tea

Ingredients
4 cups Water
1 stick INDI Cinnamon
1 tsp INDI Whole Nigella Seeds
1 tsp INDI Ground Cardamom
1 piece of ginger, thinly sliced
1 stalk of lemongrass, bruised
8 grams of Dried Tangerine Peel
Honey to taste
Directions
- In a medium size pot of boiling water, add ground cardamom, whole nigella seeds, ginger, lemongrass stalk, cinnamon & dried tangerine peel.
- Stir and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
-Remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Strain and sweeten to taste with honey.
