Garlic Butter Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients
1 pk CHAMPION Bowtie Pasta
4 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 Purple Onion, chopped
½ pack Baby Carrots, sliced
I head of Broccoli, chopped into tiny florets
½ cup Chicken Stock
½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Pinch of salt
Directions
-In a pot of boiling water, add Bowtie Pasta and boil according to package direction until al dente. Drain.
- Heat butter and oil in a large saucepan on medium heat until melted.
-Add chopped garlic & onions to pan and sauté. Add chopped carrots & stir continuously until carrots are softened.
-At medium-high heat, add broccoli & chicken stock and simmer for sauce.
-Add cooked pasta, parmesan cheese and salt (to taste) to pan and stir to combine.
- Serve.
