Delicious Mango Chutney
Ingredients
4-5 Ripe Mangoes, peeled and diced
1 tsp Vegetable oil
2 tsp INDI Ginger Powder
1 tsp INDI Garlic Powder
½ tsp INDI Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp INDI Garam Masala
½ tsp INDI Geerah
¼ tsp INDI Curry Powder
¼ tsp INDI Ground Clove
¼ tsp INDI Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
1 Cup of White Sugar
1 Cup of White Vinegar
2 Wiri-Wiri Pepper (add more/less if desire)
Directions
- In a deep medium size pan, add oil & peppers over low heat and saute for 1 minute
- Add INDI Ginger Powder, Cumin Seeds, Geerah, Curry Powder, Ground Clove, Ground Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Garlic Powder saute for 1 minute.
- Add diced mangoes, white sugar, vinegar, salt and stir to combine.
- Bring to a rapid boil and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool
- Serve and enjoy with any meal of your choice
Note: If smaller chunks are preferred, use a masher to mash the mixture to the desired consistency.
