Chocolate Banana Pops

Ingredients


6 Large Ripe Bananas
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup pure Coconut Oil
INDI Ground Cardamom Powder
INDI Ground Cinnamon Powder
1 cup toasted Coconut Flakes (or toppings of your choice)
Popsicle sticks


Directions


- Peel and snip the tips off both end of each banana.

- Divide each banana into half.

- Spear each piece of banana in the center with a popsicle stick, half way through.

- Set each banana popsicle stick on a flat tray and freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
(These can be pre-made and frozen for up to a month)

-Arrange the desired toppings on a shallow plate.

- In a double broiler, add chocolate chips, coconut oil, a pinch of ground cardamom, a pinch of ground cinnamon and stir until completely melted. Alternatively, this can be done in a microwave.

- Dip frozen banana into melted chocolate and sprinkle with toppings

- Serve and enjoy. (This can be frozen for maximum of 2 days)
