6 Cups Champion Icing Sugar
2 Cups Softened Butter
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Indi Ground Cardamom
6 tbsp. Whole Milk or Whipping Cream
Directions
-Add 6 cups Champion Icing Sugar to the mixer along with 2 cups softened butter to the mixer.
-Whisk to combine on low to medium speed.
-Add vanilla extract and Indi Ground Cardamom along with milk or cream. Whisk until fully combined.
-Use immediately or place into a refrigerator for later use. Buttercream can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
