Baked Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast
4 tbsp. INDI Chicken Seasoning
2 cups Whole Milk
2 cups all-purpose Flour
2 cups Bread Crumbs
4 whole Eggs
4 tbsp Water
1 tsp Salt
INDI Parsley Flakes (garnish)
Ketchup (Dip - optional)
Directions
- In a medium size bowl, mix chicken breast strips & milk to marinate in refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray baking sheet thoroughly with oil or melted butter.
- Separate flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in three medium size bowls.
- Add 4 tbsp INDI chicken seasoning to flour and whisk to combine.
- Add 4tbsp water to Eggs and whisk to combine.
- Add 1 tsp salt to breadcrumbs and stir to combine.
- Add chicken strips in INDI seasoned flour, egg mixture & breadcrumbs for an even coat.
- Place chicken strips on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken fingers and continue to cook until golden brown for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with INDI Parsley and Serve
