Amchar Massala Chicken Lollipops

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (how to make chicken lollipops)
1 1/2 tbs Indi Amchar Massala
1 tsp Indi Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Indi Garlic Powder
1 tsp Indi Ginger Powder
1 1/4 tbs Salt
2 tsp honey
3 tbs Olive oil
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350 F and spray baking tray or line with parchment paper.
-Joint the bone on the wing and pull flesh down as depicted in the video to create the chicken lollipop shape.
-In a separate bowl add all the dried spices as well as honey and olive oil and mix well to make marinade.
-Season chicken lollipops with marinade. Chicken lollipops can also be marinated for 6 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
-Place chicken on baking try and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
-Serve with dip of your choice.
