Tandoori Chicken






Ingredients


INGREDIENTS
• 5tbs Indi Tandoori Seasoning
• 1tsp fresh minced garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• 225g plain yogurt
• 3-4 drops red food colouring
• 2 1/2 lbs chicken (leg and thigh)


Directions


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 oF
2. In a medium bowl add the first four ingredients and mix well.
3. Add 3-4 drops of red food colouring and mix thoroughly.
4. In a large bowl add 2 1/2 lbs. of the chicken leg and thighs.
5. Add the mixture to the chicken and combine thoroughly.
6. Spray a roasting or baking pan with oil and place chicken in the pan
7. Bake in preheated oven on 350oF for 40-50mins.
8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and enjoy.
