Healthy Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients


1 ½ cups hydr8 Coconut Water
1 cup Pineapples, chopped
1 large Banana, chopped
1 Vanilla YOgreat Yogurt (150 g)
1/8 tsp INDI Ground Ginger
1/16 tsp INDI Ground Nigella
1/8 tsp INDI Ground Tumeric
1/8 tsp INDI Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of INDI Black-Pepper
4 Mint Leaves
Honey (optional)


Directions


-In a NutriBullet or Blender, add Coconut Water, chopped Bananas, chopped Pineapples, Vanilla Yogurt, Ground Ginger, Ground Nigella, Ground Turmeric, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Blackpepper and Mint Leaves. Pureed until smooth.
-Add honey to taste (optional)
-Serve with ice or at room temperature.
